We also did cross-country movements and escape and evasion training exercises in and out of uniform with a variety of weapons. This was done with the knowledge of the local authorities, to avoid people getting shot due to misidentification when crossing public and private spaces.

When the time comes to eliminate those pockets of bitterly-clinging dead-enders standing in the way of social progress that Team Obama seems to hate with far greater vigor than it hates the Islamic State or Al Qaeda, the federal bosses will already know which county sheriffs and chiefs of police are “reliable.”

We need that information, to prioritize our targeting of THOSE WHO GIVE THE ORDERS when we are forced to defend ourselves.

Putting on my tinfoil hat; wouldn’t such a long-running exercise make for a good time to do some smaller-scale “threat elimination” with “unfortunate training accidents”? Or, like the article says, both desensitizing and ensuring the local authorities are “reliable”, if they are, something like a false-flag/instigated ‘event’ (leading to a “for your own safety” lock-down) might be much, much closer to reality than most are willing to admit.

If there are lockdowns, road blocks, check points, etc., what will be the effect on commuters going to work, interstate commerce, local businesses, schools, et al?

How does the Pentagon fund such a huge-scale exercise, when the Dems have cut Defense Dept. spending for years?

Why would so many ranchers permit all these people to descend onto their lands? Such activity will damage their properties and upset their livestock.
