Low voter turnout is a GOOD thing!
It means that citizens are basically satisfied with their government. They are so satisfied and content that they are indifferent about its management.
I disagree. Most, IMHO, (rightly) believe that voting changes NOTHING, so stay home. There are those, like myself, that go through the motions but still believe the above.
One only need look at the current ‘leadership’ and the fecklessness therein to see just how much nothing changes (though there were sent numerous ‘fresh bloods’....the leadership remained)
