What do these stray dogs hope to accomplish by doing this? What are their demands? Do they want to lynch someone?My 1911 will reliably put rounds in a 5 gallon bucket at 100+ yards (operator twitches account for most error) and my .357 with 6" barrel will do better.

You actually believe a .357 or .45 auto would hit a person below the eye and lodge under the ear, like the cops injury at that distance?
