There was supposed to be a revolution in Mexico and the refugees would come streaming north into the US “fleeing” the war. Carter would let the refugees come into the country basically moving the border back 250 miles.Once the revolution was over Carter would then give the area back to Mexico because there would be too many people to send back.....

Obama is just taking it to a new level.
