I did and we had moved beyond that particular case. The dog owner had been warned before. A land owner does not have to issue a warning at all. I hate the fact that those beautiful dogs paid the price for a lazy and irresponsible owner. Dogs act differently when they are alone and killing a 1500.00 dollar animal will not stand.
