The biggest question is whether she can stand the weather. Frankly, it sucks and no one should move here . Or at least that's the joke we all tell each other so no more Californians come here to escape. It is pretty gray much of the year, though the summers are very nice and there is usually little snow in the winter.

She is in health care, so any hospital may have an opening. She lived in Michigan—lots of grey weather.
