Illegals will be voting in the 2016 election

illegals flip bird

Illegals will be voting in the 2016 election. You can bet on it, and it all began in 1993.

In 1993 Bill Clinton and democrats passed what is known as the Motor Voter law.

The National Voter Registration Act of 1993 (NVRA), popularly known as The Motor Voter Act, is a legislation that required state governments to allow registration when a qualifying voter applied for or renewed their drivers license or applied for social services. This legislation forced state governments to make the voter registration process easier by providing uniform registration services through drivers' license registration centers, disability centers, schools, libraries, and mail-in registration.

And pay attention to this:

The NVRA allows the Department of Justice to bring civil actions in federal court to enforce its requirements. The Act also gives the responsibility to the Federal Election Commission (FEC) to provide States with guidance on the Act, to develop a national mail voter registration form, and to compile reports on the effectiveness of the Act.

That's going to be important later.

Yesterday the Washington Times reports an alleged "loophole" in Obama's amnesty program will allow illegals to vote:

President Obama’s temporary deportation amnesty will make it easier for illegal immigrants to improperly register and vote in elections, state elections officials testified to Congress on Thursday, saying that the driver’s licenses and Social Security numbers they will be granted create a major voting loophole.

While stressing that it remains illegal for noncitizens to vote, secretaries of state from Ohio and Kansas said they won’t have the tools to sniff out illegal immigrants who register anyway, ignoring stiff penalties to fill out the registration forms that are easily available at shopping malls, motor vehicle bureaus and in curbside registration drives.

Anyone registering to vote attests that he or she is a citizen, but Ohio Secretary of State Jon Husted said mass registration drives often aren’t able to give due attention to that part, and so illegal immigrants will still get through.

The Obama sycophants weighed in:

Delegate Eleanor Holmes Norton, the District of Columbia’s nonvoting member of Congress, accused Republicans of an effort at voter suppression.

“The president’s executive order gives immigrants the right to stay — immigrants who have been here for years, immigrants who have been working hard and whose labor we have needed,” Ms. Norton said. “The Republicans may want to go down in history as the party who tried once again 100 years later to nullify the right to vote. Well, I am here to say they shall not succeed.”

And from a Massachusetts democrat:

It won't be the FIRST time.

Many people want to save the country. If a single person tries, he is taken out and deemed a lunatic. If he tries to get help, it’s a conspiracy and off to prison. Free, my ass!

Hey, Obama’s got the solution to illegal alien voter fraud.

Just make it legal for them to vote.

Problem solved.

Speaking of latino votes (snort)......

Last fall, TV news aired Murrieta, California taxpayers turning away bus loads of unaccompanied minors swarming the US border (their parents lying in wait to join them on the US gravy train); these taxpayers cited their concerns about public health (pre-dated child deaths from enterovirus and various Third World contaminates).

Americans fearful for their children, were accused of fear-mongering and exaggeration by fascistic latino pressure groups.

===========================================

BACKSTORY At the La Raza conference in Cali (predated 2014 midterms)---Cong Luis Gutierrez (Dem-Ill) lacerated Republicans over amnesty; he threatened Republicans---saying vengeful latinos would make sure they never win another presidency.

(waiting for hysterical laugher to die down)

SHE USED TO CRAP IN A HOLE IN THE GROUND but now La Raza President/ and chief hater, Janet Murguia, told attendees that it sickened her to hear Americans chanting. She accused Murietta, Cali protesters of having "cloaked their hatred in patriotism" by shouting "'USA! USA!' again and again."

"It made me angry," she said. "In fact, I was outraged."

Murguia demanded amnesty and said the road to the White House for Republicans goes through the Latino community and La Raza. She also said Republicans who want to rescind the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program will not get Hispanic votes.

(waiting for hysterical laughter to die down)

=================================================

Quoting Gutierrez (Dimwit-Ill)---a loud-mouthed advocate of amnesty: “The next day after we pass (amnesty), you know we’re not going to be satisfied, we’re going to come back,” he said. “We’re going to have a civil rights act, we’re going to have a voting rights act… Nobody is leaving this fight once we conclude this first chapter,” he said. "Hopefully, in 30 years, [we] can bring immigrants… from all over the world,” Gutierrez said.

If this guy Guttierez is not an agent of a foreign govt, no one is.

.....state elections officials testified to Congress on Thursday, that driver’s licenses and SS nos create a major voting loophole. ....

<><> Maryland elections department said that to register illegals must sign a form certifying that they are eligible to vote (/snort).

<><> Drivers licenses given to illegals must be marked ‘Not for Federal ID use’ (Federal law under GWB WRT terrorism)......

===========================================

I suggest state officials revise their voter registration forms and add this disqualifier:

"I am not now nor have I ever been an agent of a foreign government."

To be co-signed by official of their country of origin.

Aren't you glad we avoided the horrors of a Romney administration?

Sometimes it's unbelievable to me how stupid we all were to let those on FR tell us that......

The perfect revenge will be when all those brown nose brownskin butt kissers are thrown out and replaced by the very brownskins that they illegally imported and are booted out into the streets with no pension, no benefits, and no healthcare. Trust me its coming. Its just too bad they’re too stupid to see it.

The only constitutionally protected voting qualification criteria that the states have amended the Constitution to expressly protect are race, sex, tax status and age as evidenced by the 15th, 19th, 24th and 26th Amendments.

On the other hand, the states have never amended the Constitution to make not having to show a valid photo ID, or not having to prove citizenship, or not having to pass a basic constitutional law test before being allowed to vote constitutionally protected rights. And the states have ample time before the next election, imo, to not only implement such laws but also to get everybody, including illegals, up to speed on the federal government’s limited powers before the next election.

The problem is that regardless that RINOs took control of many state Houses in the last election, I don’t see the state Houses attempting to lift a finger to protect the votes of Constitution-defending citizens from Obama-indoctrinated illegals in the next election.

D.C. delegate Eleanor Holmes Norton is a fool.

Republicans “once again” trying to nullify the right to vote?

It was Republicans who passed the Voting Rights Act, not her precious democrats. Even Al Gore’s father was opposed to the Voting Rights Act.

And Dr. Martin Luther King was a Republican.

I am saying Cruz would be an excellent choice for illegals for US if by some fluke they didnt vote Democrat. They don’t like Obama, only his freebies. They know he’s not their friend. They do have conservative tendencies and brains....i’m just saying it woukd be the perfect revenge for granting illegal amnesty....

Well, I think they’d probably vote for Jeb, who is the GOP’s version of Santa.

Sex?

The proposed Equal Rights Amendment would have put sex into the Constitution, but it was rejected by the states.

Instead, it was enacted by the Supreme Court by judicial fiat. You can find it in the Emanations & Penumbra Section of the New and Improved U.S. Constitution.™ It is located right after the Freedom From Religion clause.

Sounds like a conspiracy - but is actually happening when one takes a step back and watches all this play out...we, The People, had better step up the pressure on Wash DC and make sure we elect someone that will turn all this around now...then again, this GOP Congress is kinda just dragging their feet this last month...it's time they shut down Obama - impeach him - and try him for treason on the basis he knew he was not eligible to run for president and lied when taking the oath of office...if they don't - then free elections and the laws that pertain to such are irrelevant...

And I do realize that the 19th Amendment gave women the right to vote.

It was a bad idea then and it is a bad idea now.
