That's all there is TO it ... but admittedly, it can be hard when a uniform or two (or more) are intimidating you outside your car door

Good point, referencing the 5th....but Roberts and the Supremes will likely not care.
They can just arrest you, hold you without cause for a couple days, and figure that by then you’ve learned your lesson. Any attempt on your part to fight it will be either fought to your financial undoing, or settled/dropped to your tolerable dissatisfaction. If you’re going to take the 5th Amendment to the fullest applicable, you’ll be tied up in legal bills for a decade.
