I don’t see anything wrong with spanking when appropriate. I don’t equate spanking with beating as they are not equal. When I was spanked as a child, it was a rare thing, but it taught me never to do whatever had led up to it again. It’s more shaming than anything. A bit of shaming isn’t necessarily a bad thing. Kids need to understand the difference between right and wrong.
Why do Liberals always assume that all normal parents are monsters that don’t know how to take care of their child and yet a boy having two dads is OK? I think the latter is child abuse.
