In 2008, Romney sucked up to Jeb during the FL primary. Jeb stayed neutral, while Crist endorsed McCain. In 2012, Romney wooed Jeb again. Jeb, once again, stayed neutral in the FL primary. Jeb did endorse Romney during WI primary. Jeb said, “Its time to end the primaries and start focusing on defeating Obama.” Hardly, a ringing endorsement of Romney.
Romney was probably miffed at Jeb for not coming more strongly for him. However, many of Romney’s donors were moving to Jeb. That is the real reason, Romney took a pass on 2016. The pro-amnesty, pro-gay GOP donors still run the party.
Perhaps, the Donald will go looking for the birth certificates of Ted Cruz and Jindal. LOL! 15 years ago, the Donald was very critical of Dubya and the GOP Congress. In 2008, Trump even said it may be good for America to have a smart person in the White House for a change, when referring to Obama. Also Trump donated to Harry Reid in the past.
Then in 2011, Trump goes on a tirade about Obama’s birth certificate, then he becomes a Tea Party hero. Conservatives can be strange.
I don't know about ‘conservatives’ but more than a few yo-yos Birthers here went ga-ga because he got on TV and talked birther stuff. Then he led those suckers off a cliff.

Ohhhh. Clever guy. He managed to beat the "my principled conservative leadership is THE major reason why Mitt Romney opted not to run in 2016" press conferences from Adam Andrejewski and Dr. Milton Wolf by one hour. They'll just have to take credit for something else now.
The Lord Jesus tells us in His Word, in Matthew 18:19, “Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven.”
As we look at the world around us, we see no hope. But God Almighty, the Alpha and Omega, created everything we see and do not see; He is the I AM, He is sovereign.
Hebrews 11:1: “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.”
Let’s pray right now, and set aside time to study the Bible and pray every day: Father, in the Name of Jesus we ask forgiveness for our sins, and never do those sins again with Your help. Thank You, Lord, and we praise Your Holy Name, the Name that is above all Names, for Who You are, and we thank You for everything You have blessed us with.
Lord Jesus, we come to You right now humble, and heartbroken, as we see the great nation you have blessed us with for over 200 years slide toward the very gates of hell itself, because a vast many of We the People have become Myself the People, and have turned their backs on you with no remorse. As a direct result, we now have a man in office who is actively compromising and destroying this country.
Lord Jesus, we ask right now that You have mercy on us and supplant and destroy the works of the enemy, and help us to place whichever man of integrity You choose—either Mr. Walker or Senator Cruz, to be the next President of the United States. Father God, we thank You right now that even as we pray, you are setting things in motion. But we also understand, Lord, that we are not placing our complete trust and hope in a man, in flesh, but in You through him to guide this great nation back from the brink of destruction.
Thank You, Lord Jesus, for Who You Are, and for everything we ask in Your Name. Please guide us, and protect us. Amen.
