My girl she is 59 and a teacher plus works on her farm daily but she has trouble with the weight. She’s on a low carb diet now but she ain’t lazy or sedentary by any means. Needs to find a balance to get her metabolism higher to burn off more cals.
Take her to a specialist who will run thyroid tests on her.
