Of course. Obama and his accomplices have wanted such a tax for some time. His followers don't get that when he says “tax the rich,” he means them. Anyone with savings, retirement plans, investments or property is considered “rich” and those “riches” are for the government to take and redistribute. This is a standard of communism.
