What an honor to study under Daniel K. Pai!
The guy I "audited" was named John Kennedy. Returned from Nam in early '70s and opened shop in his basement in Rochester, NY. Taught Shorin Shu Ryu and could do some amazing things. Knuckles you could peel 1/4 inch off and not hit flesh.
