Guards arrange things too. They can schedule an appointment with administration that takes an inmate away from his crew and through an area of the yard occupied by the brotherhood.

We don’t have the death penalty and some of these guys will never be released and know it. They can kill knowing that there is no more punishment that can be given aside from solitary confinement or loss of privileges.

Remember how Jeffry Dahmer died in prison. Somebody “screwed up” and locked him alone in a hallway with a guy who beat him to death with a mop handle. Oops.

Yeah... we hear about stuff like that too in our neck of the woods... "Joe Bob Jones, serving life plus 1000 years, for (whatever), found dead in his cell..."

...which is about as close as I care to get to it, for obvious reasons...

Anyway a life sentence to any state's maximum security prison is by definition a death sentence. The same could be true for uh, just a short visit for that matter. It's just a matter of when and how, and in the case of these two... [wait a minute]

Gotta go, my wife wants me to take the trash out.
