If the prof is white he/she/it should step down and give their faculty position to a person of color. Only fair.

Some years ago, a caller to Laura Ingraham said he went to a Bill Maher appearance on his campus, and Maher was doing a bit on "whiteness".

A heckler got Maher flustered went he suggested that Maher give up HIS job, and a let a "person of color" take over.
