John F. Kerry claimed to be from Oslo (it’s in his bio on the liner notes for his high school rock band The Electras).

So what's your point?

Kerry's father was a diplomat who served in Norway (for those of you in Rio Linda, Oslo is the capital of Norway). While his daddy was serving at the US Embassy in Oslo, JFK (the one who went to Viet Nam) attended boarding school in West Newton, Massachusetts. So, it wouldn't mean much of anything if his rock band bio claimed he was from Oslo, now would it? LOL!

Kerry was a douche who thought it'd be "exotic" to present himself as being from someplace other than America.

As someone who disputed who "served" with him, it is relevant. He was willing to embellish truth. Lies by omission are still lies.
