Obama is not guilty of treason, but only because you can’t commit treason against a country other than your own. He may see himself as Kenyan because his alleged father was from there. He may see himself as Indonesian because he grew up there. He may even see himself as Russian/Cuban/Venezuelan because of his sympathy for the political system they followed for most of his life. However, he is no way an American, so he cannot commit treason against our country.
Seems to me the amount of time he spends in the oval office puts him in the right category.
Not to mention the fact that the nation officially views him as “elected” office holder for that particular location.
