Seeing a snake on TV, squealing in fear and running from the room is an example of ophidiophobia. Feeling a rattlesnake strike at your boot, jumping back and reaching for a pistol or even a stick is not. Preparing for a fight when you hear shouts of allah akbar is no more Islamophobia than looking for where the danger is upon hearing a snake's rattle is ophidiophobia.
