Blaming Israel for evil, rather than her many Islamic neighbors and enemies, is -- despite the views of Obama and His colleagues -- contrary to American values. Doing so is based on Jew hatred, envy of success, and the multicultural absurdity that no culture or religion is better or worse than any other.
As I argued most recently here and here, Israel is fighting for her survival against regimes that want her to cease to exist because she is Jewish, not Islamic, and her government is free and democratic, not dictatorial. She is, therefore, an outsider in the Middle East.
This video identifies many of the reasons why Israel is viewed harshly by other Western civilizations while Islamic nations, which are neither free nor democratic, are viewed favorably.

I suspect that Dr. Ben Carson, who recently visited Israel and was much impressed, would agree with the points made in the video.

At the same time, U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry has made numerous trips to the region and elsewhere to try to broker a peace deal.Carson said the criticism of the settlements has been exaggerated, and he asserted that Palestinian hostility toward Israel is what is preventing peace in the region. Of Netanyahu, Carson said, “I think he’s a great leader in a difficult time.” [Emphasis added.]
Because liberalism always seeks to blame the most responsible party. So if you’re prudent in your spending and savings, they’ll punish you by bailing out the spendthrift. If you’re deeper pocketed, you’ll be blamed. If you’re more mature, you’ll be blamed. Liberalism is built on maximizing victimization and rewarding infantilism.
The reason is actually the opposite of this. The media and "intelligentsia" in the west expect Israel to live up to the standards of civilized people. They do not have the same expectations of Muslims because...well because they are racists. They simple do not think brown peoples should be held to that same standard.

The Jews killed Christ, the Gentiles killed Christ and the Romans (more specifically) killed Christ. In addition to that, God the Father decreed that Jesus must be killed.

Jews as Semitic people are related to Arabs, so no racial difference. Also, technically most Europeans and Americans are Indo-Europeans, so related to the brown people of the subcontinent
Technically you are right. But Leftists and Their Media Lap Dogs are able to change definitions and facts at will to suit their narratives.
The narrative is that Rich White People in developed nations have unfairly stolen wealth and riches from the poor non white peoples of the world.
George Zimmerman became a “white-hispanic” to fit the narrative of a powerful racists gun carrying white guy picking on a young innocent skiddles eating black boy.
So actual facts are not important. So the reason Palestinians are not condemned is because they are being unfairly dominated by a more powerful westernized nation that has no concern for the plight of the little guy.
