Ironically, the two victims were minorities as defined by the USG. I guess it can’t be considered a hate crime since the perpetrator was also a minority. Maybe we should declare that the men in blue are a separate race.
It was still a terrorist crime. The killer was a black Muslim that speaks Arabic, who had made terrorist threats in GA in 2005 according to his arrest record.
