Yeah....like all the other American Laws he decided to overturn.
If you’re the Cubans though, you’re not going to give up a whole lot in exchange for eliminating the embargo because at best Obama can only guarantee two embargo free years. The next President could easily overturn Obama’s embargo elimination, the Courts could prevent the President from lifting it.
Having said that, based on what Obama’s done so far he appears willing to give the Cubans whatever they want in exchange for nothing.
