You really don’t know the difference between the political battling we are doing now, and the existing immigration laws and our future chances to regain control over it, versus the immigration policy that you voted for?

You VOTED for completely open borders, not porous borders, or weak borders, “completely open borders” in 1992! You voted to eliminate all border controls, the Border Patrol and the INS, “eliminate them completely” in 1992! You voted for COMPLETE 100% amnesty in 1992! And you voted for completely unrestricted abortion, with zero restraints up to full delivery, IN 1992!

Don’t confuse a party that is weaker than you claim to desire, with a party whose declared purpose for existence is to implement what you claim to oppose with all your heart.

Here is what you voted for in 1992:
“”We welcome all refugees to our country and condemn the efforts of U.S. officials to create a new “Berlin Wall” which would keep them captive. We condemn the U.S. government’s policy of barring those refugees from our country and preventing Americans from assisting their passage to help them escape tyranny or improve their economic prospects.
Undocumented non-citizens should not be denied the fundamental freedom to labor and to move about unmolested. Furthermore, immigration must not be restricted for reasons of race, religion, political creed, age, or sexual preference.
We therefore call for the elimination of all restrictions on immigration, the abolition of the Immigration and Naturalization Service and the Border Patrol, and a declaration of full amnesty for all people who have entered the country illegally. We oppose government welfare and resettlement payments to non-citizens just as we oppose government welfare payments to all other persons.””

“”We support the right of women to make a personal choice regarding the termination of pregnancy. We oppose the undermining of the right via laws requiring consent of the pregnant woman’s parents, consent of the prospective father, waiting periods, or compulsory provision of indoctrination on medical risks or fetal development.””
