President Jane Close Conoley of California State University has a message for you: if you are “light skinned,” are are likely the owner of “significant, unearned privilege” and, despite the fact that you might not look down upon other races, you are still likely a racist.
In an opinion piece called “Privilege at The Beach,” which is reference to Long Beach in California, where the college is located, Conoley had a few choice words for whites. Conoley herself is white.
“I’d like to do some thinking and talking about how to ensure The Beach is a zone of kindness and respect,” she begins her article. “A place where privilege is unaffected by skin color, national origin, who we love, religion, or disability, veteran, or social status.”
Conoley then explains that, if you’re white, you’re likely the owner of privilege. “Light skin color and high-income levels may attract significant unearned privilege,” she writes. “This privilege can manifest itself in numerous ways that afford automatic trust, deference, and security.”
And for those who are not white, they are subject to racism, intentional or not, from their white-skinned brethren. “Those who are less affluent with darker skin or from other cultures,” Conoley details, “can be targets of micro to macro aggressions, distrust, and low expectations for behavior.”

Only an academic could believe something this idiotic.
Yet another pampered tenured academic lib-idiot. These morons are a plague upon this society. From their protected thrones they can spout utter nonsense...and, yet, taxpayers are fleeced for $200,00-300,000 for their pay. If this fool is so self-loathing, she should off her self. What a confused loser.

I’ve given a lot of thought to the concept of “white privilege.” It seems to be the natural deference given to people who appear to be willing to conduct themselves accruing to normal, civilized standards of conduct. If an ordinary white person becomes grubby, slovenly, and generally starts acting like a Hell’s Angel or a whore, he or she will quickly lose all of that privilege. Indeed, I’ve seen it happen to one or more white trash people I’ve had the misfortune of knowing. I’ve also known a number of decent black people who’ve been treated with “white privilege” because they conducted themselves properly and are entitled to be so treated. The problem so many urban blacks have is they affirmatively reject the universal standards that most white people and Orientals generally follow, and become shocked because they are treated according to the way they act.
This woman couldn't get, much less keep, a job outside her ivory tower confines. She is a mentally ill liberal experiencing leftist hallucinations.

My ancestors helped build this country. They made it for themselves and for me, their posterity. Why shouldn’t I feel privileged in my own country. Just like Israel is the Jewish State, so too this country was made by and for guys who like me. Others can be honored guests with a place at the table, but I certainly won’t apologize for being “privileged” in my own home.
