Hell, I am sure there are plenty of quads within a 50 mile radius of Washington D.C.. We just need to put nighttime sniper gear in the owner’s hands.

I guess they could mean four man teams. Maybe they are talking about four wheelers.
One day I was out back taking a leak when a four wheeler came along. Fortunately I saw them first. There were two guys and two really hot girls on it. The thing was so large that I commented to one of them that they could put a body on it and call it a compact car.
