Unless I keep pausing it there’s not enough time to read the over-lengthy text. I don’t speak German, but I doubt a single word can equate to an entire English sentence.

Genuinely appreciate it. The feedback is good. I can’t really do much about the technology other than pull this video once the one from the standard “Hitler” site is done processing (WTF?!? Why taking so long?). One would think the alternative Hitler site wouldn’t do something so easily correctable as leave the subtitles on for so short a time, but who knows?
I do appreciate the criticism, particularly in regard to my choice of dialogue ... since really that is the part I did. This is the first time I ever did one, so hopefully will improve.

An excellent movie, but “one of the best movies ever made” might be a bit of a stretch. Not up there with, say, “Gone With The Wind” and “The Godfather Part II.”

And one of the most historically accurate films ever made about AH’s final days in the Bunker as it is entirely based on the eyewitness accounts of those present in the Bunker most notably AH’s personal secretary Traudl Jung.
I have it up there. Not quite as good as GFII. Though I always thought IMHO that GWTW was a bit overrated.
Then there's Husqvarna.

One thing the movie did was made me realize that the Nazi I wound up despising the most, was Magda Goebbels.

So grim though. One viewing is more than enough.
Yes, the sight of her force feeding her children the cynaide capsules as they slept was quite unnerving and difficult to grasp.
One wonders whether she did this out of devotion to her fuehrer, or she was preoccupied with the fate of her family had they been captured by the Soviets.
