One apparently must be a nasty, foul-minded curmudgeon in order to speak the truth, clearly, in this age of mush-mouthed dissembling and deception.
I’ve been reading his stuff since the early 1990s, when he wrote in the Washington Times.
If the reaction of that black cop the other day, who really ticked off the protesters by snickering at their baiting is any indication, the cops may not polarize. And the cops sure as hell won’t align with the rioters.

I'll be down the street at our black neighbors' home, standing guard to protect them until their young son can get home. He's a college student majoring in law enforcement. So his folks will have to protected from both sides; the blacks who see them as sellouts and the whites who see only their blackness.
Actually, I wouldn't worry too much about it. If it comes down to it, whites will brush off blacks without a lot of trouble. God help blacks if it happens. It will end in disaster for them.
