Um, already been arranged. The Pirate Roberts was placed on the bench for specific reasons, none of which have We The People or our Constitution to serve.
What he did was make himself into a king who is answerable to no one.
He demonstrated that he can do whatever he wants whenever he wants, and no one is going to do a damn thing to stop him.

Obama left out one item in his speech—work permits. He never mentioned that these lawbreakers will be receiving work permits allowing them to compete legally against Americans for jobs.
The GOPe will be 100 per cent complicit with Obama, Obamacare, and amnesty unless it supports immediate impeachment and a FULL government shutdown.
These actions will cause Obama to cave and eliminate both amnesty and Obamacare. The GOPe needs to either step up or get out of Ted Cruz’s way.
Oh? Is that all, then why some Conservative jumping up and down. This is actually more like him picking and choosing which laws he will enforce, just like Obamacare, exempting preferred groups from enforcement.
He has set a precedent. Future GOP President could simply exempt Republicans from taxes and regulations, not Democrats

He did more than declare he wouldn't deport those whose deportations he has already stopped pursuing. He's giving millions work permits.
These permits will allow them to obtain Social Security numbers and get driver's license from states that were holding the line and not giving driver's licenses to illegals.
This will both allow those illegals to take more jobs from Americans and make it easier for them to receive welfare benefits and direct cash payments from the IRS without paying income take (Earned Income Credits and Child Tax Credits).

AS FREEPER HOSTAGE POSTED---So, where is this E/O? There is a summary on the White House Website but no signed order. Without the signed E/O, states may find it difficult to proceed in the Courts. It is probable that Obama's people know that a signed E/O can be used as the basis for states' court action.....possibly the Obama people are tying up court action by not issuing and officially signed E/O.

There are rumors that Obama is not planning on signing an E/O, just directing federal departments by informal communications on what they must do. That includes issuing ID CARDS which triggers issuance of work permits, SSNs and illegal registrations to vote. News reports also say that he will issue orders and not sign an E/O.
The Las Vegas rally was billed as the "E/O signing ceremony." Anybody actually see it?

The CARDS are the lynchpin to the whole E/O scheme---b/c the House can defund card-making activity....and all of the activities attached to that move.
There is a military option for controlling the border that Obummer DOES NOT control.
Article I, Section 8, Clause 12 provides Congress the power for “calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections, and repel Invasions;” The mess on our southern border meets all three qualifications, I’d say, especially if ISIS and everybody who means us harm is going to try crashing the fence.
The “regular” Militia is now the National Guard, which the Predident treats as his own even though state governors nominally control them. (I’m not clear on the legalities of National Guard deployment.)
But the “irregular” Militia is us, armed citizens. Congress has neglected our training, as per Clause 13, but let that go for now.
Imagine a force of volunteers — deer hunters — called to defend their state border. Limit the call-up to veterans only, if you want trained volunteers, for the sake of legal niceties. The governor can even pay them and send the bill to Washington. My guess is that the volunteers would number in the thousands and no, it would not be a bunch of drunken yahoos shooting anything that moved if some leadership and structure was provided.

Speaking of leadership, what happened to all those generals and other officers who have been cashiered these past few years? They looking for work?
They showed a picture of him signing something on Air Force One before he arrived in LV.
