Despite the fact that President Obama, through an executive order, is now allowing several million illegal aliens to apply for work permits, the IRS's official website still states that it is "against federal law to hire illegal aliens."
In an article called, "Hiring People Who Live in the U.S. But Are Not U.S. Citizens," the IRS definitively states that undocumented workers are unequivocally not allowed to work.
Not only does this show that the government needs to update their websites, but that the President has changed laws unilaterally, something that the Executive Branch is not allowed to do.
The article in question talks about how to hire people who are not citizens of the United States and some of the protocols. It says this early on, which we have taken a picture of, in case it is taken down:
On the IRS's main website, it states that illegal aliens should be deported immediately if captured.

The feds will not enforce it, therefore, make it a state law. A felony. Asset seizure for knowingly doing so. Rinse and repeat.
Obama will have taken care of this under his Creating Welcoming Communities for New Americans Executive Order.
