This cop needs to be identified. Shooting that many dogs is an indicator of a severe behavioral disorder. Torturing/killing pets in large numbers often leads to doing the same to humans.

PS The above does not apply to hunters, legitimate self-defense, etc. Quite the contrary in fact.

"Shooting that many dogs is an indicator of a severe behavioral disorder."

Merely wanting to be a cop is a mental disorder. You have to be a wannabe Nazi to need the jackboots, club, taser, badge and gun just to feel like a real man. Most of the police stations across America are superfluous and just contributing to the problem.

At its base is the fact that there truly are people out there who are well-adjusted enough to make good policemen, but by virtue of that simple fact (that they are "well-adjusted"), they just aren't drawn to the job.

They don't need the gun, badge, and power over life and death just to feel whole.

Which leaves society fraught with policemen, and even whole departments, manned by unstable, microcephalic thug sadists with no more regard for the Law than Al Sharpton or Timothy Geithner (sp?).

And the family pets just keep on dying at the hands of human garbage filth not fit to be fed to those same dogs. Give me two minutes alone with any of 'em.
