Limbaugh's quote has been misrepresented since day one. Limbaugh simply meant that he disagreed with Obama's agenda, and did not want Obama to succeed in implementing that agenda, because he believed it was bad for the country. Saying that you want a Leftist president to fail in his agenda is not the same as hoping the country fails.

Thanks for saving me the time to post exactly what you did. I have heard Rush mention several times now about how the media twists those words of Rush’s the same way this Canadian author did.
