You need to read the friggin Constitution! There is nothing there about guns and passing govt. scrutiny. Read it all and tell me where it says anything about bowing down to get a permit.

The Constitution may be on the side of all citizens to carry guns. In New York State unless you have a CC Permit you can’t even buy a gun. With a Permit even when you buy a pistol It will not be delivered to you without some Judge signing off on it.
Even with a State Permit, if you were caught with a pistol In NYC with a State Permit they would arrest You.
I meant every Citizen has the right and should be able to carry a pistol, excluding Felons.
I have carried a pistol in Three different since 1970.
