Because of the way the news business works, I am writing this column before the close of the polls in the so-called midterm elections; and hence as I write, I do not know their outcome. Will the Republicans or the Democrats control the U.S. Senate for the next two years? Will it make a difference?

yeah, I’m getting really fed up with the negative nellies - sure, there’s reasons to doubt and reasons to be suspicious - and no one I know is thinking this is a panacea - but this 100% all the time negativity and cynicism is just a very shallow and intellectually deficient mindset.

They’re going to get their chance. It’s now or never. I held my nose on TUE, and will be relentless with my RINO Congress-critter the next two years.

Two step game plan: 1.) defeat the Obama congress critters. We’ve done that. 2.) defeat the RINO’s, replace McConnel and Boehner.
You expected too much thinking both steps could have been done Tuesday.
Replace McConnell with Cruz.

Yet, did you hear any Republicans in the recent elections call out any Democrats for this stunt? The First Amendment has remained pristine since it was ratified in 1791, and the Democrats want to change that–and the Republicans have gone mute.
First of all, I didn't hear anything about that at all and I doubt most people did. It turns out the Republicans were able to block that proposed amendment. Wasn't that enough? What more does he want? Napolitano may think the Democrats' failed constitutional amendment is a winning issue for Republicans, but is it really? Once you get people thinking too much about money in politics who knows what they'll decide? It would have been different if Congress had approved the amendment, but since they didn't it's better to let sleeping dogs lie than to kick them and risk unpredictable reactions.
This is where idiots like you just step in shit up to your teeny tiny brain. I've never called them "my" leaders. I've never said they're "fit to lead." That's just your chidlish pathetic gutless moronic rant simply because I want to enjoy the results for a few days.
