If this is all they have, they have an incredibly weak case. Which is not to say that GZ is safe from being indicted, or--if indicted--from being found guilty. They will be more careful about picking the right jury the next time.

If I remember correctly, some of the cops involved in the Rodney King case went to prison when they were tried again after the first acquittal. So I would guess Holder is hoping to send Zimmerman to prison if he can get an indictment.
