Sigh. It's about defining when, constitutionally, liberties can be suspended. You have yet to even try to address it. I'm starting to think my slam about adjusting your meds may not be far off the mark.

Can't argue/debate with emotion when one refuses to even explore the Constitutionality of something. If a possibility becomes the standard, then anything the government wants to do become tacitly legal and the Constitution has zero value/impact. If your car has more than 100 HP. then you are a potential speeder and must pay a recurring fine. If you buy a bottle of booze, you are a potential drunk driver and must pay the piper. If you wear sunglasses into a bank, you are possibly trying to hide your identity so you can rob the place and it's OK to preemptively blow you away. But, you are stuck on your libertarian/suicide pact/pot smoking jg and refuse a conversation in lieu of lip-foaming screed based on emotion.
