Can you answer this for me?

Until Obama actually does something like this, how would anybody have standing to file for such an injunction?

State governors and State AGs are the most likely to have standing and they will have standing if the motion plea is well-written in describing the harm to the state and its population.

Obama has already done something. He has caused his people to draft and release an RFP to manufacture up to 34 million green card like IDs. This is an illegal RFP because there is no law that authorizes it.

And the RFP states unequivocally that it is for ‘future immigration reform initiatives’. See the pages I referenced and see post #28 for the last known working link.

Now expect Obama people to say they need to upgrade green card security aspects (holograms, etc.). Fine but the volume for card renewals is far less than one million per year. Therefore, the judge’s order should have a provision that only renewals may be granted and those that are authorized by the present caps on immigration. In other words Executive Amnesty is stopped.

Without massive numbers of new IDs, Obama’s bid to legalize tens of millions of illegals is lost.

Attack Obama at the key battleground; attack the cards!
