is being cared for, she was scoffing because they had over 20 people caring for one person
and told him about it because of their common relation in the field. All this is over dramatized.

Most of us in our posh perfect worlds have no idea how people in those countries live
and how dirty and unsanitary their conditions are. They have open sewers, no hot running water
and probably take a wash once a week. The smell would be sickening to most Americans and Canadians.

I remember when the flood of Haitians came in the 80's. South Floria had a serious Pink-Eye outbreak shortly thereafter.
