The sickening transformation of these United States into an authoritarian police state with an incarceration rate that would make Joseph Stalin blush, has been a key theme of my writing since well before the launch of Liberty Blitzkrieg.

Fast forward to fall 2014, and the Wall Street Journal has a powerful article about how children in schools systems across the U.S. are being arrested or turned over to police custody for doing things that children have always done since the beginning of time. Things such as wearing too much perfume, sharing a classmates’ chicken nuggets, throwing an eraser or chewing gum.

As a result of our insane societal obsession with authority and disproportionate punishment, the WSJ reports that “nearly one out of every three American adults are on file in the FBI’s master criminal database.”

Some of this is hogwash. You don’t fingerprint juveniles unless they have committed a felony and it does not go into the FBI’s AFIS system. That is for adults only.

They definitely have one on me. I did some work at one of their data centers which required a background check. I did work at large banks which required an FBI background check.

And...last but not least, I found a pipe bomb which of course triggered an FBI investigation.

This article is way too alarmist. We need to know who IS IN the FBI files, by type of report, as opposed to generic numbers. Most local misdemeanor crimes or charges of crimes do not get into the FBI's file system. Need more information on this. Any member of the Armed Services, law enforcement agencies, etc. are in the FBI files. I think the same could be said of sex offenders, felons and ex-felons, hopefully illegal immigrant criminals, people in Child Protection agencies and services, etc. Do you know who MIGHT NOT BE in FBI files? - Members of Congress. Maybe even members/advisors of the President who do not have to go through a vetting process. If FBI files exist on Congressmen and women, you would find a massive collection on the Democrats such as John Conyers Jr, George Crockett Jr, Ted Weiss, Bella Abzug, Hugh DeLacey (Leon Panetta's close friend), Emanuel Dickstein, Alan Cranston, Wayne Morse, Tom Harkin, Lynn Woolsey, Barbara Lee, Cynthia McKinney, Parren Mitchell, Eleanor Holmes Norton, Shirley Chisholm, Adam Clayton Powell/Jr., the Burton Brothers and Sala Burton, Vito Marcantonio, Kucinich, Danny Davis, then Senator Barack Obama, etc., just on their documented records (public and confidential), on their ties to the Communist Party USA, ranging from covert memberships (i.e. Crockett Jr, Abzug, Marcantonio, Chisholm,etc) to Soviet operatives (Dickstein, Cranston/OWI and the Carlos Tresca murder), and long lists of CPUSA fronts/causes affiliations (the rest of the list). Obama's record of connections to CPUSA/Soviet operatives is decades long and where available, well documented, even in his own admissions/writings. CPUSA member/supporters - friends and acquaintances of Obama include Dr. Quentin Young, Milton Cohen (D), Timuel Black, Danny Davis, Alice Palmer and her husband (D), Vernon Jarrett, Frank Marshall Davis (CPUSA and Soviet asset), Don Rose & Davis S. Canter, the mentors of David Axelod, Canter being both an identified CPUSA member as well as documented Soviet asset; Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton (decades long records of supporting CPUSA, SWP and WWP fronts and causes), and Bill Ayers (Weathermen) and his wife Bernadine Dohrn, Cuban-trained Marxist revolutionary), among many others. At one time the membership of the CPUSA was estimated to be between 300,000 - 500,000 at its heyday (most are dead now), but CPUSA sympathizers of varying degree ranged upwards of 1,000,000 or more. Many of them are in the old FBI files. So are the more modern Marxist radicals of the Black Panther Party and supporters; Socialist Workers Party/YSA and supporters; Workers World Party/YAWF/PL&S; Progressive Labor Party; scores, if not hundreds of smaller Marxist organizations and factions (North Star, Crossroads, The Guardian Associates, Feminists Socialists, International Socialists, White Panthers, Young Lords, FALN, MIR, SLA, and the major organization today, Democratic Socialists of America, among others). There are also files on white (KKK, Aryan Nation) and black extremist groups (including Farrakhan'n Nation of Islam), anti-Semitic groups, jihadist supporters and their fronts, Moslem Brotherhood, Hamas, Hezbollah, the old Qaddafi support network, the old PLO network, Cartel organizations, gangs (White, Black, Hispanic, Russian Mafia, Italian Mafia, Somali groups, etc). Anyone who has a security clearance is in the FBI file collection, and this numbers, over the past several decades, in the millions of people, if not in the tens of millions. The key issue is whether a file on an individual is a justified file rather than a vacuum-cleaner file (someone picked up in an event who has a file created on them though they may be totally innocent of anything criminal or subversive). These classifications of people who may have FBI files could go on for another ten pages but you get my drift. There are good reasons why people are in the FBI files, and some unjustified reasons too. That is what has to be addressed, not paranoid suspicious and misunderstandings of why there are certain files on people.

Armchair quarterbacks sitting on their aged behinds collecting evil social security and medicar payments.
