If you expect justice... don’t expect it from the judicial system.
There is also no mention of his juvenile record and, judging by the way he strong-armed the convenience store clerk, I don’t think that the film we saw at 7-11 was Michael Brown’s first attempt at shoplifting.
So what. That's the sort of problem miniguns were invented to deal with.
When it comes to criminal justice, there is only one correct answer. No matter how many may die as a result.
No they are angry the white man won’t pay.
Hence the increase in number of professional rabble-rousers egging them on. They hope for a situation where a number of them get killed to further inflame and energize the Blacks to vote for those that are oh-so willing to sacrifice as many of them as it takes to keep them on their side...
Young black men: 3% of the population. 50% of the murder.
They don’t want Wilson imprisoned; they want him lynched, and they are too dim to see the irony.
right after they strong-armed burgled the local store, smoked a little dope, strolled through the middle of the street, and attacked the Police Officer.....confronted indeed.
“Never let a crisis go to waste - use it to stock up on ammo. Scared means prepared.”
History shows that rioting blacks imagine white neighborhoods as being armed to the teeth with residents ready to gun down any face of color that appears.
So they burn down their own neighborhoods. That’ll show whitey!
Black folks in Ferguson need a person or persons to blame for their miseries and self loathing.
And, they need confirmation that the world treats them as they feel on their insides that they should be treated. A lazy bunch or drunks and addicts and thieves, sons of welfare cheats and disappearing dads. They think they deserve to be mistreated by police. The officer in question will help them prove it.
Not to worry, it doesn’t involve me or you, other than not to get near the misguided fools as they act out this play.

“Didnt the wounds on Browns arms mentioned in the autopsy report show that his arms were NOT up when he was shot?”
Not certain about this. Thought they indicated that he likely was lunging forward, in attack mode, arms bent upward at the elbow and not raised from the shoulder, which might have best accorded with a “surrender.”
But all this is mostly (useless) conjecture on my part.
Cop’s Testimony About Michael Brown Shooting Has Ferguson Worried He’ll Walk Free
Yeah. Never allow the truth, facts or actual justice to get in the way of a good excuse to riot.................
If I grabbed a policemens gun, I would expect a similar result.
We all should. And would.
The implication, of course, being that regardless of whatever facts there may be to the case, he needs to be thrown in prison to prevent more riots. Justice, liberal style.
IMHO, much better odds that Darren Wilson will come out of this okay than there were for Zimmerman. Zimmerman hadn’t a clue that his case might blow up like that; much less of a shock to a good cop when race takes over and things go south. Wilson may never be a cop again, but he’s still part of a brotherhood that knows what it’s like to be railroaded — the Ferguson police attempts to deal with the aftermath are being just as twisted in the news as his actions were. Wilson’s got people who understand what he’s going through as well as you can without dealing with it yourself.
Darren Wilson got hit with a reality he already knew was out there waiting for him; Zimmerman got hit with a reality he may never have imagined even existed, let alone something he had ever imagined dealing with. Wilson’s in a tough spot, but one mostly within his prior understanding of reality; Zimmerman got pushed into a whole new world, and, not surprisingly, is having a really hard time dealing with that.
Shoplifting is when you try to steal unnoticed, what Brown did in that video was "Strong Arm Robbery" whole different animal.
In order to gradually take some of the wind out of the sails of the protesters and potential rioters, arsonists and looters, IMO this info was subtly but purposely leaked by unknown authorities....and I agree with this tactic. I hope more tidbits of evidentiary innocence will be intentionally leaked again.... well before the day of the final finding.
Not that I think this will all make any difference to the agitators and the feral animals prepared to hang the police officer and burn St. Louis down in ANY event.

The grand jury is deliberating a civil rights violation??
If the GJ returns no bill then expect a special prosecutor and a quick arrest.
“Its pretty clear that the cop did something wrong - he didnt put a couple in Dorian when he had the chance.”
Am I missing something, or are you advocating a cop killing a man without cause? To my knowledge, the only one who can even be considered a justified shooting is the one dead.
You may think nothing of the guy, and I’m not impressed myself in regard to his future, but that isn’t a death penalty crime. And cops shooting people under less that trustworthy circumstances is what caused this insanity.
