Hey, hey, if it weren’t for double standards, liberals wouldn’t have any standards at all.

Low pay, part-time and no benefits. Amazing how much money a socialist can save when it is their money they are spending.
To: therightliveswithus
Ah yes. Yet another example of the “Rules for Thee but not for Me” Liberal mindset. No wonder they want high minimum wages — they don’t plan on paying them.

What is the scope of the proposed $20/hr minimum wage? A city? The state?
If minimum does go to $20 and taxpayers don’t approve, but sit on their hands and then do nothing about it, then let Social Darwinism do its job.

ACORN ". . . sued the state of California in order to be exempted from its minimum wage requirement, which was higher than the federal governments. In its appellate brief, ACORN acknowledged that the more it had to pay each worker, the fewer such workers it would be able to hire. Of course, the same thing is true for businesses as well, something minimum wage advocates refuse to admit."

No, you got it wrong. The compenasation is $13 an hour. I imagine that's on top of the $20 an hour in compensation they'll be paying!
