There seems to be a cure... The Zmapp given to Brantley took someone on the verge of death and restored him. Unfortunately there is not a large quantity available for general use. They have not been approved for full scale production.

There is no vaccine to prevent this disease. There is a reason they refer to third world diseases. These folks don’t want to live in a modern world. That is fine by me. Don’t expect modern cures then

Doubtful. The virus grows in epithelial cells (blood vessels, liver and some other organs). People with full blown blood infections have recovered using no IV treatments at all.
