The gallows humor joke used to be we could build TWO fences a half-mile apart along our southern border with a field of landmines between them.
Illegal immigrants would read the warning signs to know we "mean serious business" to only cross at approved areas. Not so sure it is such a joke idea any longer.

To reach USA they must cross Mexico—they will spread Ebola to that sad nation causing revolution, death and destruction. Mexico will stop them when the epedemic hits them hard. All the drug money in the world can’t stop the bloody war that will enflame Mexico—make 1910 look like a picknik. Only growth industry will be the funneral industry—and casket makers. No, other forces will stop Ebola.
