The US Surgeon General is just a spokesman on health issues the same as Psaki and Harf are spox for the State Dept. They all just say things to make citizens “feel” good, denigrate actions liberals disagree with or further the administration’s agenda.

So, the smartest people in the room appointed a Surgeon General who was not up to the job and the NRA torpedoed filling the position with one who was?

If you dig deep into what these liberals are saying, it’s that there currently isn’t anyone in government with enough common sense to deal with an Ebola crisis. Heh - bet they didn’t realize they were actually spot on for a change.
