Justice Ginsberg Channels Margaret Sanger In Pro-Abortion Argument

The left is furious with Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg because she won’t retire and allow President Obama to appoint another leftist to the Court. On some level though they should be thrilled that she’s staying. Of all the leftists on the Court, she’s the most open about it and she’s the most articulate in espousing left-wing positions. Justice Ginsberg is radically pro-abortion. Frankly, she sounds a bit like Planned Parenthood founder Margaret Sanger. The left is forever reading racism into the words of conservatives. In this case, it might not be a bad idea to look at what Ginsberg recently said about abortion and compare it to those pro-abortion fanatics of times gone by.

Ginsberg recently said about the Roe v Wade decision:

Frankly I had thought that at the time Roe was decided, there was concern about population growth and particularly growth in populations that we don’t want to have too many of.

One wonders which populations Justice Ginsberg doesn’t want too many of. We know who Sanger didn’t want to procreate. Blacks, asians, Jews, lesser white Europeans (usually Italians and Irish). She said about blacks in a letter to Dr. Clarence Gamble:

We should hire three or four colored ministers, preferably with social-service backgrounds, and with engaging personalities. The most successful educational approach to the Negro is through a religious appeal. We don’t want the word to go out that we want to exterminate the Negro population, and the minister is the man who can straighten out that idea if it ever occurs to any of their more rebellious members.

Is it any wonder that most abortion clinics are located in black neighborhoods or that over half of abortions are of black babies? Perhaps this is the population Justice Ginsberg doesn’t want too many of. The left jumps to the racist conclusion every time conservatives criticize welfare, perhaps the left should look at itself on abortion. Justice Ginsberg doesn’t want someone to live and considering that most abortions are of black babies it isn’t unreasonable to conclude that she doesn’t want blacks to have children. Perhaps she wants a “cleaner race” of Americans like Margaret Sanger did.

What it really comes down to is the progressives desire to control everyone’s life. Sanger put it well when she said the following about blacks:

Negro participation in planned parenthood means democratic participation in a democratic idea. Like other democratic ideas, planned parenthood places greater value on human life and the dignity of each person. Without planning at birth, the life of Negroes as a whole in a democratic world cannot be planned

In other words, the state needs to plan our lives and without birth control and abortion black lives cannot be planned. Ultimately, Sanger and the progressives wanted to control the human race via the state. It would have been infinitely more difficult for the state to control people if they had large families, of which parents were usually the center. Ginsberg is right in line with Sanger on this, she carries the torch for the radical abortion movement.

There have been over 50 million abortions since Roe was decided. That alone is a national holocaust. A disproportionate amount have been black, over 20 million. It’s become more disproportionate in the last 20 years as clinics are generally only available in black and other minority communities. The “lesser” whites that Sanger worried about became assimilated into the broader white culture after World War Two, they aren’t necessarily who the left worries about procreating anymore. The undesirables that Justice Ginsberg is so concerned about having children are blacks and other minorities. These are basically the same people that Sanger wanted sterilized and segregated from society. How this is not called out as racism is explained only by the fact that the media is controlled by the left. The media believes Justice Ginsberg’s intentions are good. In reality, she wants blacks and other minorities to kill their offspring.

I don’t think those two care about their “respective roles” in relation to abortion. Those two are after money and power and they have gotten plenty of it hustling the Democrats, media and public at large.
