What everybody is missing is why these positions were being taken, which is political calculation.
The inflamatory interjection of the president through the use of the Bully Pulpit assisted by the false reporting of confrontations between black youths and authority was ruthlessly designed to keep the black segment of Obama’s political support riled up so that any thought of instituting a richly deserved impeachment proceeding goes nowhere.
Any speculation that those remarks by Ibama wasn’t but some ill considered off handed remarks was dispelled when at his most recent address to the UN he referenced and apologized for “Ferguson”. Which was a racial incident replete with property destruction, theft and physical injury that was generated by the import of activists and silence by the regime.
Imagine what he could have done if he had honestly took his cues from great statesmen and spent his time building up America as our Founders did.
Instead, he has squandered our sacred trust. His legacy will be at the bottom of the ash heap.
