All 50 states and D.C. now have some form of licensed carry. It boggles the mind that the citizen disarmament types have been able to block national reciprocity for this long.
VT, AK, AZ, WY and AR: Aren't they unrestricted-carry states? How might a national reciprocity system deal with prohibited persons from those five states? Otherwise I'm all in favor of the idea.
