In Wisconsin the Republican incumbent governor Scott Walker is on track to win what seems like his yearly re-election to office. He is the most effective chief executive in memory. His TV spots are fresh, creative and as effective as he is. They drive his union and media enemies crazy.
One of Walker’s TV spots shows him in an actual hole explaining how he helped get Wisconsin out of a hole. The pit is about eight feet deep and the camera angle covers Walker and a ladder leading to the top. The spot has a simple message and ordinarily would be quite forgettable except the Democrats won’t let it be forgotten. The head of some union is offended that while Walker was in the hole he was in violation of OSHA regulations.
The dimwit actually filed a complaint with OSHA because Walker is not wearing safety gear! He has no safety glasses and Gasp–his ladder isn’t correctly positioned nor is it long enough!
The union jackass did not have to stand alone in is stupidity. He got support from his media pals at MSNBC who wrote a breathless piece wondering when Walker “would stop digging himself a hole with Wisconsin’s unions.”
Of course OSHA will take a case...

We are living through a Democrat all-court press right now! The Demons have timed it well, gotten BHO, Jr.'s (or II) meds titrated better, gotten the suit altered to hide the weight loss, perfected the bronze makeup, and gotten the teleprompters working. They have the "issues." That is Woman's Rights, Global Warming, No Boots on the Ground, Trayvon and Michael and the horrible horrible white people,
It's all about turning out that base (Negroes) in key states in an attempt to hang on in the Senate. As Donna Brazile says,
"You don't have to win, just get me close and I'll do the rest."
How they take 100% of the Negroes while inviting in Latinos to take their jobs, eat their lunch, and live in their Sec 8 cribs; brilliant divide and conquer tactics!
Quakin' in my boots for two reasons:
(1) I has seen the GOP snatch defeat from the jaws of victory .... what 50 times?
(2) What do we have? No PROGRAM, NO PLAN, NO CLEAR LEADERSHIP so IF (BIG IF) we win, what's going to happen?

Why? Because the liberals are foaming at the mouth barking at the moon imbeciles who loath Walker so much they can’t think straight. Satan hates Jesus the same way.
Gov. Walker is running for re-election, and election is one of the tangential activities required for being a governor, therefore any activity in which he engages as part of the running for re-election process is considered an occupational activity, and thereby under the authority of OSHA regulations.
And I wish I were being sarcastic, but this would almost certainly be the tack used by a leftist judge to allow OSHA to have standing in the case.

Of course OSHA will probably open a case file on this “egregious violation.” Let’s hope they do. It will serve as a clear indication of how desperate Wisconsin’s Democrats have become over the thought of losing to Walker yet again.
On a far more serious issue, Democrats have once again shown that they will support any enemy of America any time.
When given the opportunity to cancel the passports of Americans who are seeking to reenter our country after having fought on the side of ISIS, Senate Democrat Mazie Hirono of Hawaii used her prerogative to block the measure. Disregarding the fact that doing so provides an opportunity for some of these savages to come back here and set up attacks in our streets, Hirono explained that she was acting on behalf of the American Civil Liberties Union.
Do the Democrats believe filing frivolous OSHA complaints and supporting terrorists will bring them victory in November? Really?
My rebuttal would be that all election activities are expressly prohibited, while ‘on the job’. So by definition he is off the job while doing election activity.
It just stuns me that some people are so consumed with regulations, that they would even consider filing an OSHA complaint...much less actually doing it.
This is an opportunity for Walker. He should re-shoot the commercial in full neon orange safety garb, goggles, hardhat, safety line, etc. just to show how absurd it all is.
Was the state paying for Walker and the commercial ?.. no.. therefore Walker was not in that hole as an employee..
Go to the DMV. Take a look at that cross section of shoeple. Then be worried, my friend. Be worried.
