“Mr. Sultan, who led the Islamic Council of Norway from 2007 to 2010, focuses on existing social divisions in Oslo in his campaign, reports Aftenposten-run website osloby.no.
He wants to take care of the weakest, beggars, drug addicts and minorities. The minority population should also be perceived as a whole, according to him.”
