Well yes I agree that Bill is wrong about vote rigging being no big deal in the US....Things have changed IMO. You will never get such condemning video of it here though.
Bill Still may be a democrat, and I only see his videos because Denninger likes to post them. For a democrat Bill is one of the better ones who often has something good to say or show in his video reports. It seems that many of them actually have a conservative tilt. I would have zero tolerance for him if that where not true.
