I was in Toledo that weekend at a Jazz Festival. Vermillion is nice area. Would have participated if I had known about it n was not prior committed

I noted the baby carriage there. It seems to me that this would be a grand exercise for puppies (cute dogs) to come along as well. What other trappings would make it friendly and entertaining?

Balloons? A little low volume John Philip Sousa playing some of his greatest hits? Would it be worth it to have a bicycle with trailer for refreshments?

I am not being sarcastic in the slightest. Little things like these turn a group of people walking into a bit of a parade. Attracts the eye. And, as such, helps to get the point across.
