Some commentators are starting to call it for the No campaign. Total votes are opening up a substantial lead for No, and there is nothing coming up that looks like it might change that.
Anticipated Yes areas have gone to No, and the swing areas have already pretty much been swept by No.
North Lanarkshire Votes Yes Narrowly 51-49
South Lanarkshire Votes NO by a larger margin, more than making up the votes from the North.
West Lothian votes No 53-47
I agree. The only results I’m really waiting for are Glasgow and Edinburgh. Neither one really has the power to upset the apple cart, unless the Yes votes take a sudden (and unexpected) sharp swing up.
